Payment on Delivery Terms & Conditions
Updated 29 October 2026
Shop with confidence
At BetaDeal, we understand the importance of shopping with confidence. That’s why we offer Payment on Delivery for eligible orders within Lagos State.
Your commitment payment
To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, a 10% upfront commitment payment is required before your order can be processed.
Why it is required
This payment helps us confirm genuine orders and make the necessary delivery arrangements. Preparing and dispatching products involves transportation, handling and logistics costs. Unsuccessful delivery attempts, unavailable recipients and last-minute cancellations can result in additional expenses and unnecessary movement of products.
Care for every order
The commitment payment helps us minimise these challenges while ensuring that every order receives proper attention and care.
Part of your purchase price
Please note that the 10% payment is not an additional charge. It forms part of your total purchase price, and the outstanding balance is payable upon delivery.
Where it is available
Payment on Delivery is available within Lagos State only, for eligible locally stocked solar and power products. It does not apply to USA-shipped products. Customers outside Lagos are required to complete full payment before their orders are dispatched.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation. Any delivery amount payable upfront will be clearly included in your confirmed quote before payment.
Your delivery details
Customers are expected to provide accurate delivery information and remain reachable on their scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Reasonable, previously disclosed logistics costs may apply to unsuccessful delivery attempts where legally permitted.
