We want your order to arrive as described
If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact BetaDeal as soon as possible with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video help us investigate, but an unboxing video is not a condition of your statutory rights.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp or call 0813 587 8478. Include proof of purchase and the item details. We will explain the return process and provide the correct return address. Do not send a product directly to an overseas supplier or manufacturer.
Returning your item
Keep the packaging, included accessories and proof of purchase where reasonably possible. Remove personal accounts and back up your data before returning a device. Take reasonable care of the product while your request is being reviewed.
Assessment and resolution
We assess the reported issue and explain the appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your applicable consumer rights. Pre-owned devices may show the cosmetic wear disclosed by their condition grade; this does not remove your rights if a device is faulty or not as described.
Return delivery costs
Where a return is due to a fault, damage on arrival, an incorrect item or another issue for which BetaDeal is responsible, we will arrange the applicable return costs. For other eligible returns, any charge will be explained before you agree.
Cancellations and changes of mind
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change your request. Unpaid requests can be withdrawn. Once sourcing or dispatch has started, we will explain the available options and any lawful, reasonable charges before proceeding. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule.
Refunds
If a refund is due, we will confirm the amount, payment method and processing timeline in writing. Refunds are made to the original payer through the original payment method where practicable. We never request your banking password, PIN or OTP to process a refund.

This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies available under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.
